Surma Laddoo

Ingredients:

Wheat flour 1 cup
Ghee 3/4 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cashews
Badam

Method:

  1. In a bowl add wheat flour and water.Knead them well like chapathi dough and make chapathis.
  2. Heat a tawa and toast the chapathis.
  3. Let them cool and then grind them into powder.If you feel the powder is not well cooked put it in tawa and roast them again
  4. Heat a pan and add powdered rotis
  5. Add ghee and sugar and cook for 2 to 5 minutes
  6. Add cashews or badam and after 5 minutes when the mixture leaves the sides of the pan ,remove it and let it cool for some time
  7. Make them into balls.
  8. Serve.
