Vendhaya Keerai Biryani

Ingredients:

Basmati rice 2 cups
Vendhaya keerai 2 bunch
Oniob big 2
Tomato 4
Coconut milk 1 ucp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt

To ground into a  paste
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic 4 cloves
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Red chilli 5
Coriander 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp

To temper
Cinnamon 1 piece
Ghee 4 tbsp

Method:
Wash rice and soak for 1/2 hour
Cook the rice till 3/4
Clean and wash vendhayakeerai
Chop onion and tomato
Add the ground paste one by one
To roast add ghee in a bowl followed by cinnamon
Add keerai and saute for a while
Add tomato paste and saute till raw smell goes
Add coocnut milk and little salt
Add the drained rice and mix well
Cook for 10 minutes and its done
