Ingredients:
Rava /semolina 1 cup.
Sugar 1 cup
Banana mashed 1
Sugar and jaggery combined half cup
Cardamom powder 2 pinch
Coconut milk as needed to soak rava
Baking powder
Sugar 1 cup

Coconut Oil for frying
Method:
- Soak rava in coconut milk for 1 hour and after that add mashed banana.
- Add sugar or jaggery and baking powder and cardamom mix well .if it's too thin consistency use Maida flour and mix well and put in paniyaram pan or deep fry
- Add maida with water if needed and if batter is thick
- Add Coconut oil for frying .
- Serve Hot.
