Rava paniyaram with banana

Ingredients:

Rava /semolina 1 cup. 
Sugar 1 cup
Banana mashed 1
Sugar and jaggery combined half cup 
Cardamom powder 2 pinch 
Coconut milk as needed to soak rava
Baking powder
Coconut Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Soak rava in coconut milk for 1 hour and after that add mashed banana.
  2. Add sugar or jaggery and  baking powder and cardamom mix well .if it's too thin consistency use Maida flour and mix well and put in paniyaram pan or deep fry
  3. Add maida with water if needed and if batter is thick
  4. Add Coconut oil for frying .
  5. Serve Hot.
