Hi and Welcome to My food express.I am nisha from India.I am the author of this blog.After marriage,We moved to US along with our little bundle of joy...:) Just like many girls,my love for cooking started only after my marriage.At some point in my new chapter of life,i started cooking and loved it more and more..With trials and errors,cooking notes on one hand and laddle on another hand....Whew,It was a long but happy journey: ) Now,I  hold a very special place in this culinary art in my PH heart :) He is also loving called as lab rat :) His compliments have encouraged me so so much.Do I hear this??"Behind every successfull wife,there is a complimenting husband":)  On the other hand,my friends and colleagues who had food cooked by me,asked for my recipes that I shared with great pleasure.I started this blog for sharing my recipes mostly for things I grew up eating,my mom's recipes,Mil recipes,cookery shows and much more.Apart from cooking,I also love arty,crafty works along with my work.Thatz all about me.Thanks for boarding  my food express.Travel along with me and do give the recipes a try and as my blog says,"Unleash your inner foodie".I hope you'll follow along and if there's anything that you dont understand, just ask me, I'm more than happy to help :)
