- Ripe Avocado - 1
- Milk - 2 cups
- Sugar - 2 tbsp(Adjust as per taste)
- Whipped cream (opt) for decoration
- Vanilla ice cream(opt)
- Ice cubes - as needed
METHOD:
- Cut the avocado fruit into half and take the flesh outside.
- Put the avocado flesh,milk,sugar in a blender and blend them well till it is creamy and smooth.
- Add the ice cubes and pulse them for a few times .
- Pour into glasses and serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.Enjoy!!
- Adjust sugar as per taste
- Use ripe avocados.Check whether the avocados are ripe by pressing thumb over the fruit.When pressed,it should gently yield to pressure.
- Adjust thickness of milkshake by adding more or less milk.
