Paruppu podi version 1

Ingredients:

Toor dal 1 cup
Hing 2 pinch
Red chilli 10
Salt


Method:

  1. Heat oil in  a pan and add toor dal,hing,red chilli and roast them till brown.
  2. When its cool grind them coarsely in mixie.
  3. Serve with rice with a dash of gingelly oil.
