Ingredients:
Pacharisi/Raw Rice 1 cup
Carrot 1
Capsicum1
Onion 1
Grated cabbage handful
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Coriander leaves handful
Jeera powder 2 tsp
Oil
Salt
Water 2 cups
Method:
In a pressure cooker add rice and water
Add ginger garlic paste along with salt and 2 tsp oil
Cook for 3 whistles
Heat 2 tsp of oil in a kadai and add chopped onion,carrot,capsicum,grated cabbage
Add pepper powder,jeera powder and salt to the cooker and mix well
Serve with rice and garnish with coriander leaves
