Sprouted salad

Ingredients:

Sprouted ragi 1/2 cup
Carrot grated 1/2 cup
Coconut grated 1/2 cup
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp
Curry leaves few
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Chopped green chilli 2
Salt or Black salt as required


Method:

Mix sprouted ragi,carrot,grated coconut,coriander leaves,curry lealves ,green chilli.
Add lemon juice and black salt and mix well.
Serve
