Apple Dates Payasam

Ingredients:

Apple 3
Dates 1 cup
Pasi paruppu 1 cup
Coconut milk 1 cup
Cashews 10
Raisins 10
Cardamom 5
Ghee

Method:

  1. Peel the skin of apple and chop them into small  pieces
  2. Add 2 cups of water to pasi paruppu and cook it
  3. When it is cooked add the powdered jaggery and coconut milk to it
  4. Stir and when it is cooked well add cardamom powder and cashews,raisins
  5. Add the apple and dates and stir well
  6. Remove from flame and serve
