Pan cakes

Ingredients:

 Eggs 3

All purpose flour 250 gm

Milk 250 ml

Powdered sugar 5 tbsp

Baking soda 1 tsp

Baking powder 1 tsp 

Butter for smearing 

Method:

  1. Whisk everything  and let it rest for 10 minutes
  2. Heat the griddle and smear butter.
  3. Add pancake batter 
  4. Cook pancakes on both sides 
  5. Serve with butter and pancake syrup.
