Ingredients:
Eggs 3
All purpose flour 250 gm
Milk 250 ml
Powdered sugar 5 tbsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Butter for smearing
Method:
- Whisk everything and let it rest for 10 minutes
- Heat the griddle and smear butter.
- Add pancake batter
- Cook pancakes on both sides
- Serve with butter and pancake syrup.
