Ingredients:
Pulungal rice 4 cup
Besan flour 2 cup
Red chilli
Garlic
Sombu
Ginger
Salt
Oil for frying
Method:
Pulungal rice 4 cup
Besan flour 2 cup
Red chilli

Method:
Soak pulungal rice and grind them with red chilli,garlic,sombu,ginger and salt
Add besan flour to this and press it like chapathi and fry it in oil.
